Auditory Aids
This component consists of Actions to assist players that addtional sound features. All Actions can be configured using Variables and Sample scenes are included.
Multiple Volume Controls: The Music Volume, the Sound Effects Volume, the Dialogue Volume can all be given separate volume controls. By using additon Tags, indivual sounds can also be controlled separately.
Closed Captions for Sounds: Many games require the player to hear a sound and realisim is provided through using Unity's 3D sound effects providing volume and direction. This is of no use to a player who cannot hear the sounds. However, using Closed Captions for sounds, the sound name, the direction, and the distance are provided in a closed caption subtitled.
